The Best Pasta Dishes Served in South Jersey

Pasta is one the the world's most popular dishes. In fact, we consume more than 20 pounds pf pasta per person per year! Pasta comes in all shapes and sizes. In fact, there are over 600 pasta shapes. I think I may have tried them all!

NJ.com recently come up with a list of the best 44 pasta dishes served throughout the Garden State.

South Jersey is represented by two restaurants on the list. Scoring high marks is the Rigatoni Bolognese dish at Cafe 2825 located on Atlantic Ave in Atlantic City and the Gnocchi pomodoro at Sapore Italiano which is located on S. Broadway in West Cape May.

I will now have to sample both dishes since anything Italian is my absolute favorite dish!
