Three former workers at a veterans charity in Ocean County have been charged with embezzling money from the charity.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced Thursday that Donald Rutter, 52, of Tuckerton, was indicted by a Grand Jury on charges of attempted murder.
