Serious memory disorders and diseases make everyday activities difficult. Although memory loss can be normal when aging, there are diseases that impair memory beyond what is considered normal.

Constantly losing your car keys? Could that be a first sign of Alzheimer's? It is a disease that robs you of your memories and so far has no cure. But there are signs to be aware of and steps we can take to try to prevent it.

The Ice Bucket Challenge for ALS seems to be in the spotlight with almost everybody taking part in the challenge. There are other diseases that also deserve attention including Alzheimer's.
