Well didn't we all get into the wrong field.

Taco Bell just recently announced that they are offering a rather competitive salary for their restaurant managers: $100,000 per year! YOWZA.

Currently, Taco Bell general managers make between $50,000 and $80,000 per year so some lucky individuals will find that their pay has DOUBLED when all is said and done.

All employees will also get at least 24 hours of paid sick time per year. New hires must have had their job for at least 90 days before the PTO is available but that is better than nothing because this offer was only previously available to managers.

Taco Bell explains that the reasoning for these rule changes is that they are hoping to attract quality employees that will stay on their team for an extended period of time.

It can be pretty frustrating to invest time and money into training a new hire only to have them quit a few months later.

So...career change anyone?
