Veteran classic rockers Chicago and The Doobie Brothers are out on a co-headlining tour of North America that brings them to the BB&T Pavilion on the Camden waterfront on Friday, July 21 and Lite Rock is giving you tickets this week!

In a press release, Chicago’s Robert Lamm said that the tour is “the perfect summer lineup, playing dozens of the best-loved rockin’ pop classics.”

Patrick Simmons, who plays guitar in The Doobie Brothers, added that there will be “some fun musical surprises along the way.” Fans have speculated that Simmons is hinting at the two groups performing select cuts together, as they have on previous tours.

Chicago, who celebrate their 50th anniversary as a band this year, were recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and have sold over 100 million albums worldwide (including 25 platinum albums and 21 Top 10 Singles).

The Doobie Brothers have been performing together for over four decades and have achieved more than 48 million albums sold worldwide.
