Not sure you'll find as many diners that are open 24/7 if you pack up and leave New Jersey. I would miss the Shore Diner in Northfield and the Country Kitchen in Atlantic City.

You'll find some of the best pizza right here in New Jersey including Manco and Manco in Ocean City, Carluccios in Northfield, and Tony Boloney's in Atlantic City.
