You know how sometimes you discover a leak? And find a temporary solution?

And more than a year later, you're still living with that temporary solution? That happened to Townsquare Media's own Beth Roach. She had to have her teenage daughters use another shower after the family discovered the girls' shower pan leaked. So they showered in one bathroom and traipsed over to the original bathroom to finish their hair and makeup.

The whole family has a bit of an early Christmas present this year, though, as Made Anew Home Remodeling just finished remodeling that bathroom — so everyone again has their own space (and it's much prettier than what they had before.)

Made Anew Home Remodeling specializes in making families' space work for their lifestyle, whether that's remodeling a kitchen so everyone can gather around the cook, adding much-needed storage, or making a home safer and more comfortable for older residents. Beth is so pleased her family trusted Made Anew Home Remodeling:

1) Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident from the design stage on. For example, they noticed that the toilet was a little off-center, so they suggested moving it just a few inches to give just a little more room for the shower — Beth said she hadn't even noticed the toilet was off-center before, but she appreciates that it won't be in the new design. Similarly, they purchased tile from a supplier Made Anew Home Remodeling suggested, and the salesperson there was great at making suggestions within their budget and color palette.

2) The entire crew welcomes feedback throughout the whole process. Beth's project required them to rip everything out and replace pretty much everything, including hanging new sheetrock. Yes, it's all messy, but all the workers have been very careful to lay down tarps, vacuum and sweep and in general, leave the house in good condition when they leave for the day. When a wall was dinged during construction, they fixed it right away.

3) They are pleasant to work with and treat your home with respect. It sounds like a little thing, but of course, most homeowners continue using their home throughout construction. Beth said every worker who came to her home has been friendly and polite and she's felt comfortable having her daughters there alone with workers the few times their schedule required it. Moreover, Made Anew Home Remodeling was upfront on the schedule and how long each stage would take, so there were no unpleasant surprises.

4) They are a full-service contractor. Aside from the bathroom remodel, Made Anew Home Remodeling also installed three new closets, a ceiling fan, exterior AZEK trim, and sturdy garage shelving bolted to the garage's cement blocks at Beth's home.
