Five Below Stores to Start Selling Items Over $5
I have never felt more betrayed in my life.
So you know Five Below -- the oh-so-generous retailer that sells items that price anywhere from $.25 to $5.00. AKA: selling everything for FIVE DOLLARS AND BELOW!!!
Well now they are changing their ways.
Five Below has just announced that they will start selling things that cost more than $5.00.
Things will now soon cost up to $10.00 and the reasoning is so that Five Below locations can still continue to sell the other items at an affordable price.
The area with games, toys and tech items that will cost more than $5.00 is going to be called "Ten Below Tech" or "Ten Below Gift Shop."
AND NO -- Five Below is not going to be changing their name because most of the items are still going to be sold for $5 or less.
I mean I guess....but like, now you are a liar....
Sorry Five Below. I get your tactic but you are going to have a lot of angry people this holiday season.
