The South Jersey region is best known for being a vacation destination area with numerous activities to enjoy during the summer months.  When the summer ends, the locals still have plenty of activities and events to enjoy from October through April.  Just because the days get shorter and the temperatures cool doesn't mean you have to stay at home every weekend.

Anyone who has lived in Cape May County knows that even though half the businesses close during the winter, the locals still love living in this area for many reasons. As someone who has lived in Cape May County for over 20 years, here are some of my favorite activities to do in the offseason:
