According to 24/7 Tempo, "To find the strangest tourist attraction in every state, 24/7 Tempo used material consulted sources including Roadside America and Atlas Obscura, as well as numerous local and regional tourism websites." They found the one for New Jersey and it is one I was not familiar with, and no it's not Lucy the Elephant.

According to 24/7 Tempo, "You may think of this statue as a Wonder Woman that looks like Jackie Kennedy. The 18-foot "doll," as she used to be known, has been around since 1965, standing guard outside Werbany Tire Town. Since then, it has been transformed a few times, most recently in 2007, when her makeover created a crossover between Super Girl and Wonder Woman." In full disclosure, I have never heard of Nitro Girl in Camden County in Blackwood at 1337 N Black Horse Pike, Blackwood, NJ 08012. I think I will definitely make a point to check out this roadside oddity and see the giant "Nitro Girl" one of the strangest roadside attractions in America.
