"Guy's style" is officially coming to Atlantic City.  Food Network star Guy Fieri plans to open a new steakhouse at Bally's Casino early this summer.

Kevin Ortzman, president of Caesars Entertainment, made the official announcement  Wednesday about the oft-rumored new Fieri restaurant, which will occupy the same space as the former Reserve Steakhouse, on the 6th floor of Bally's Atlantic City.

The restaurant will be designed in "Guy's style", with lots of brass and stainless steel accents, and a menu promising to combine Fieri's "flavortown mash-up"  favorites and Jersey flair.

Guy Fieri is an American restaurateur, author and Emmy-winning TV personality.  His shows "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives", "Road Show" and "Celebrity Cook-Off", along with his spiky bleached-blond hair and colorful street attitude toward cooking and food have made him a star on the Food Network.

Fieri is already a well-known commodity with the local Caesars Entertainment properties from appearances during their Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival.

A press release says Guy Fieri's Steakhouse is expected to bring a unique twist on the classic steakhouse, featuring a menu of popular signature dishes with New Jersey flare, such as the Java Rubbed Ribeye Chop, Filet with Roasted Garlic and Brown Butter, Spicy Bloody Mary Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Jersey Shore Clams Casino, Jersey Tomato Salad and Cape May Fried Flounder.

In Guy-speak, It all sounds like the wheels are about to come off the bus on the way to flavortown!
