Trump Plaza was the first of three casinos owned by former President Donald Trump. The former casino and hotel first opened in 1984 has been shut down since September 2014. The hotel had over 900 rooms and the casino employed over 1,000 workers.

The demolition of the former Trump property will be happening at 9 AM on Wednesday, February 17th according to a report from the Press of Atlantic City.

Several blocks will be affected and city officials will implement exclusion, evacuation and isolation zones near the demolition site. If you're residence falls into one of the designated zones you will have to remains inside while the detonation process begins.

You won't have access to certain sections of the boardwalk for a couple of days before the blast and certain business in the area may also have to close. Notices will go out in advance to residents before the February 17th demolition date.

Bader Field is listed as a possible viewing site to watch the implosion of the former and crumbling Trump Plaza on February 17th. More details will be made available later this week.
