Close Encounter with Whale Off Long Beach Island [VIDEO]

It's not very often that someone gets this close to a whale, right off the beach in South Jersey.

Josh Welsh has video to prove it.

Welsh, a 2009 graduate of Oakcrest High School was fishing last week, just about 100 yards from the beach off Long Beach Island when he has these close encounters.
