Atlantic City Food Distribution Set Again For This Thursday

Thousands in South Jersey continue to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and thousands in our area are getting help from food banks.

Another food distribution site will be held this Thursday, October 1st from 10 AM to 2 PM  at Bader Field in Atlantic City according to the Press of Atlantic City.

The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority has teamed up with Community Food Bank, the AFL-CIO and United Here Local 54 will be hosting this drive-up event for Atlantic City residents and hospitality industry workers.

You must register first at the Community Food Bank website and it would be a good idea to get there early since food will only be available while supplies last and on a first come, first serve basis for those in need.

Only one allocation of food items per household and you must have a hospitality industry ID or proof of Atlantic City residency and a confirmation that you are registered.
