Have Amazon Returns? Drop Them At Kohl’s

Online shopping just got a whole lot easier.

Obviously, it's more convenient then getting the kids ready, actually leaving the house, driving to the mall, and lugging them around for hours in order to pick up everything on your list. That's why Amazon is one of the best inventions of the 21st century.

Convenience is the name of the game these days, but what's awful about shopping online is having to return something. It's so complicated and time-consuming. Easy returns are one of the only characteristics about shopping in an actual store that's still appealing. You don't have to hunt down a box to ship everything back, you just roll up to the store, walk into the customer service desk, and return your items.

NYTimes.com reports that Kohl's is now accepting your Amazon returns. This is not a drill. Kohl's will now accept whatever you need to return to Amazon, no box required. Upon further investigation on the Kohl's website, turns out it's true.

If you really stop and think about it, it's a brilliant plan. At the very least, it drives people into the store when most would rather do just about anything other than head to a clothing store where they'll have to interact with people. Say what you want about it. Call it lazy, damaging, etc. It's true. People are so used to instant gratification with the touch of a button that the thought of actually shopping in a store is now daunting to most. It's probably not a good thing that we're losing the ability and confidence to effectively communicate, but at least someone's making a profit from of it, right? (JOKE)
