What's the best way to get through our recent stretch of grey, rainy weather? By winning one million dollars, of course.

And with one million bucks in someone's future, I'm sure that person really doesn't care about the weather at the moment.

According to officials with the New Jersey Lottery, there was one second-tier prize-winning ticket sold for Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing which is worth a cool $1 million.

The winning ticket was purchased at Quick Chek on Route 22 East in North Plainfield, Somerset County.

In addition, one winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold at the Exxon station on Brunswick Pike in Lawrenceville. This ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball and it was purchased with the Megaplier option.

The winning numbers for Tuesday night's drawing were 23, 45, 53, 58, and 62. The Gold Mega Ball was 13 and the Megaplier Multiplier was 05.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Friday night at 11:00. The jackpot is estimated to be $165 million.

Meanwhile, a Fast Play Progressive ticket that was recently sold won a $35,683 jackpot. The winning ticket was sold at Borden Cleaners on Route 206 in Bordentown.

And earlier this week, four lucky winners will now have some extra cash in their pockets after winning Jersey Cash 5 and splitting a $506,000 jackpot.
