Someone's bank account  in South Jersey is about to grow by a million dollars thanks to a winning Mega Millions lucky lottery ticket.

The winning ticket which was good for second place and a one million dollar payout  was sold at Jersey Bagel & Food located on Sicklerville Road in Sicklerville according to NJ.com. The winning numbers from the January 8th jackpot were: 3, 6, 16, 18 and 58. The Mega Ball was 11 and the Megaplier was 2X.

Additional Mega million dollar tickets were also sold in New York, California, Georgia and Massachusetts.

According to the NJ Lottery website, close to $1 Billion is available with the next Mega Millions and Powerball Jackpots. The Mega Millions Jackpot, which will now becomes the 8th largest jackpot ever for Mega Millions is set  for  this  Tuesday. The  drawing is worth $600 million and the cash option is $442.4 million.

The Powerball Jackpot for this Wednesday drawing is worth a cool $550 million with a cash option of $411.4 million dollars.

Another South Jersey lottery winner became a become a millionaire to kick-off 2021 thanks to a winning Mega Millions ticket. The winning ticket was sold at Masso's Deli and Pizzeria located on Lakeview Drive in Gibbsboro in Camden County. Another million dollar ticket was also sold in Ocean County at County Farm located on Route 530 in Whiting.

The winning numbers for the Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday, January 5th were: 20, 43, 51, 55 and 57. The Mega Ball was 04 and the Megaplier  was 02X.
