$100,000 Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in New Jersey

Someone is starting the work week $420 million dollars richer. After two months we finally have a Powerball jackpot winner!   

According to NJ.com, one winning ticket was purchased from a store in Lafayette, Tennessee which is 60 miles from Nashville.

Check your tickets for the winning numbers of 17, 19, 21, 37, and 44. The Powerball was 16. The jackpot is the 12th largest in lottery history. The cash option is worth a cool $254.6 million dollars.

New Jersey does have a $100,000 winner. One lucky lottery winner from the Garden state matched four numbers. I would love to start the holiday season with an extra hundred grand in my pocket! Time to check my tickets.
