I am a big believer in a high-protein diet and sushi is my favorite.

All good things must come to an end. Sadly, it's the end of the line for the restaurant Izakaya inside Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City.

Then I stopped by at lunchtime of the 28th, and the change was impressive. A big sign appeared on the building the parking lot was bustling, and UMI Sushi and Seafood was open for business.

The world-renowned Nobu is opening soon at Caesars Atlantic City and now officially accepting reservations.

These three spots, one from Atlantic and two in Cape May County stood out, making the list of the Top 35 in the entire state of New Jersey.
