Atlantic County, New Jersey Sheriff Joe O'Donoghue has announced the latest arrests made by his agency from December 5-17, 2025 as follows:

December 5, 2025

Christina M. Tucker, 38 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. B. Martyn and Det. J. Pennington) on a Superior Court warrant for Possession of CDS and a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint totaling $ 1,000.00.

December 8, 2025

Kasheen E. Marshall, 51 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was arrested in Hamilton Township (S/O A. Dao) on a municipal warrant issued by County Central totaling $ 750.00.

Brandi Phillips, 44 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was arrested in Atlantic City )S/O J. Gerner and S/O J. Liberty) on 2 municipal warrants issued by County Central and Absecon in the amount of $ 2,000.00.

December 9, 2025

Marquise K. Johnson, 31 years old, from Mays Landing, New Jersey, was arrested in Hamilton Township (Det. P. Burgan, Det. M. Brown and Det. S. Jinks) on a Superior Court warrant for Bad Checks.

December 10, 2025

Jose Mesones, 48 years old, from Pleasantville, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O J. Liberty and S/O J. Gerner) on 2 non-support warrants in the amount of $ 12,284.00.

December 11, 2015

Juan E. Alicea, 33 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. T. Paige and Det. K. Borlandoe) on a Superior Court warrant for Obstruct and Throwing Bodily Fluid at Law Enforcement.

Frank Corsiglia, 68 years old, from Buena Vista Township, New Jersey, was arrested in Hamilton Township, (S/O A. Marcucci, S/O A. Dao and S/O M. Maldonado) on a municipal warrant issued by Vineland City totaling $ 1,001.00.

Mia A. Legette, 28 years old, from Pleasantville, New Jersey was arrested in Hamilton Township (S/O B. Sheehan and S/O A. Banaga) on a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint totaling $ 1,500.00.

Luis Martinez, 41 years old, from Egg Harbor Township, was arrested in Egg Harbor Township, (Det. K. Borlandoe and Det. T. Paige) on a Superior Court warrant for Resisting Arrest and 2 municipal warrants issued by County Central in the total amount of $ 1,000.00.

Bashnona S. Saad, 29 years old, from Egg Harbor Township, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O J. Liberty and S/O F. Defeo) on non-support totaling $ 2,728.00.

Catherine F. Strain, 35 years old, from Neptune, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. T. Paige and Det. K. Borlandoe) on a Superior Court warrant for Possession of CDS and a municipal warrant issued by Neptune totaling $ 750.00.

James P. Tramontana, 42 years old, from Vineland, New Jersey was arrested in Hamilton Township, (Lt. D. Aberman and S/O A. Banaga) on a no bail municipal warrant issued by Hammonton Joint.

Dorian J. Butler, 34, a resident of Pleasantville, was arrested in Hamilton Township (S/O J. Deluca on a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint totaling $ 1,550.00.

David J. Ramirez, 29 years old, from Hamilton Toenship, was arrested in Hamilton (S/O S. Lisi) on 2 municipal warrants issued by Atlantic City in the amount $ 1,250.00.

Diana Acevado, 46 years old, from Brigantine, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. T. Paige and Det. S. Jinks) on a Superior Court warrant for Possession of CDS.

December 15, 2025

Brian Bush, 23 years old, from Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. B. Martyn and Det. J. Pennington) on a Superior Court warrant for Aggravated Assault, Endangering, Criminal Mischief and also charged with Resisting Arrest.

Moshe Hemo, 44 years old, from Hammonton, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O J. Gerner and S/O N. Campellone) on non-support totaling $ 8,000.00.

December 16, 2025

Louis Foschi, 41 years old, from Galloway Township, New Jersey, was arrested in Pleasantville (Det. B. Martyn and Det. J. Pennington) on non-support in the amount of $ 17,199.17.

Altariq D. Hughes, 49 years old, from Atlantic City, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (Det. T. Paige, Det. J. Pennington and Det. B. Martyn) on non-support, totaling $ 22,238.94.

Donald P. Webb, 57 years old, from Pleasantville, New Jersey, was arrested in Atlantic City (S/O J. Liberty and S/O T. Hoang) on non-support, totaling $ 4,992.56.

Elmer N. Borjas-Medina, 34, a resident of Atlantic City, was arrested in Hamilton Township, (S/O A. Dao) on a municipal warrant issued by Atlantic City Joint, totaling $ 1,505.00.
