
Restraining Order Filed Against Atlantic City, NJ, Mayor’s Ally
We have learned that charges have been filed with the Atlantic County, New Jersey Prosecutor’s Office against two Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small close political allies.
The charges were filed on Friday, September 19, 2025 by Atlantic City Mayoral candidate, Naeem Khan.
Raucous Behavior At Atlantic City Candidates Forum Earlier This Week
Zia was in the front row, supporting Small. Khan was the recipient of disruptive tactics exhibited by Small supporters during the candidates forum… allegedly including Zia, according to Khan’s charging documents.

Temporary (Restraining) Protective Order Filed Against Former Atlantic City Councilman Muhammad 'Anjum’ Zia
Zia is a former Atlantic City Councilman, who faced a trial, when back on June 19, 2024, Zia was criminally charged with:
- 2nd Degree threatening a witness.
- 3rd Degree witness tampering.
Zia was accused of tampering with and threatening a witness (Naeem Khan).
Zia was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs by the Atlantic County Sheriff's Department right after the second day of his trial.
