Tis' the season to be dining! You hear that phrase "Tis' the season" usually in December, but when it comes to seafood dining, summer is the season for seafood. Being situated on the ocean, New Jersey is a perfect place to dine on fantastic seafood.

I enjoy all kinds of seafood, from lobster to shrimp to clams and mussels, and it's all good. As for fish, I do prefer more of a white fish than a darker and oilier one. But what's great about seafood is that there is such a wide variety to choose from.
