If you're on the go and looking for some healthy food options, there's a fast-casual chain that has recently expanded in New Jersey.

It can often be difficult to eat healthy when there's so much temptation around. There are so many fast food places in New Jersey serving chicken fingers, burgers, and fries!

Unfortunately, this place is not in my area, but I'm hoping it'll continue to grow and move into more regions of the state, because it looks delicious!

It's all about the protein!

Sandwiches, panini melts, salads, grain bowls, soups, and a juicebar.

What To Expect At Fresh&Co

The Cali Cobb Salad, featuring roasted turkey, crispy bacon, mushrooms, crumbled blue cheese, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, baby spinach, and romaine, has 39g of protein.

The Chicken Fresco roasted chicken, avocado, queso fresco, roasted red peppers & tomatillo salsa on ciabatta bread has 47g of protein.

52g for the delicious Monterey Grilled Chicken with roasted chicken, avocado, tomato, red onion, mesclun mix, and chipotle spread on whole wheat bread.

Sound good?

Fresh&Co Opens Third New Jersey Location

This newest spot is located at 35 Headquarters Plaza in Morristown, New Jersey.
