According to Love Food, Jersey's best bowl of pasta can only be found at Paisano's in Rutherford.
They specifically mention the Pappardelle Rustica, an al dente pasta with an old-style Bolognese sauce, with a touch of cream, creating an unforgettable flavor that will keep you coming back for more.
I mean, it looks pretty darn good if I may say so myself.
Paisano's also has carb meat ravioli, which looks pretty good, and their gnocchi looks out of this world.
Look, the shore is filled with amazing places to grab some delicious pasta, but enough people rave about this Pappardelle Rustica from Paisano's that it very well may be worth the trip.
