NJ’s most popular Halloween costumes for 2024

Can you believe we've already hit the Fall season and we're gearing up to celebrate Halloween? Or maybe you're one to start it extra early and have had your decorations up since Labor Day.

Either way, it's here, it's happening, and if you haven't thought about your Halloween costume yet, you're not too late, although you're getting close. If you need ideas, I can help with them.

It’s been a topic of conversation in my house since we come up with a family theme every year, but my 3-year-old wants to be the decision-maker this year and I really don’t want to be four different versions of Spiderman.

He's also come up with Minions, Star Wars, and Vampires.

Since he can't decide, I went to Google Trends to see what everyone else in New Jersey is searching for when it comes to Halloween costumes this year.

The list is actually interesting.

There are a ton of searches for general costumes like “women’s Halloween costume” or “baby Halloween costume”, but when you get down to the specifics, there are searches for traditional costumes and very popular pop-culture ones as well.

New Jersey sits within the New York/Philadelphia area so here are the top 10 most popular Halloween costumes in New Jersey for 2024.
